PRATHAM in association with Deutsche Bank offers training program in Banking,Financial Services and Insurance Industry for Youth.
PRATHAM, one of India's Largest Non-Profit Organization aims in providing skillsets to the youth in the Banking sector with a very nominal fee for only the deserving candidates. Youth in the age group of 18 to 28 yrs can apply for this training program.

Course Objectives:
- Making a career in the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) industry.
- Developing knowledge and skills that are directly relevant to employment within the BFSI industry.
- Providing an oppurtunity for employment in Banks, Insurance Companies, Stock Broking Firms etc. in the back office, front office and sales & marketing departments.
- Placements support provided.
We network with various banks for providing them skilled workforce. Our trained candidates are sent for interviews and get selected based on their merits.
